Total Consumption Metrics
Total Program Impressions – Total Program Impressions represents the total number of observed episode views.
Subscriber Share – Subscriber share represents the proportion of observed application users that have watched ar least 1 episode.
Impressions per Episode – Impressions per episode represents the number of observed episode views per unique episode of a series over the time period. It allows for comparison of shows of varying # of episodes. It is the best measure of a movie or season’s popularity across all OTT apps.
Person-Level Engagement Metrics
Attention to Duration Index – Attention to Duration measures how much of the total episode is spent with eyes on screen. 100 is the benchmark for linear TV.
Attention to Visible Index – Attention to Visible measures how attentive viewers are while in the room. 100 is in the beachmark for linear TV.
Visible to Duration Index – Visible to Duration measures how much of the total episode is spent in the room. 100 is the beachmark for linear TV.
Co-viewing Rate – Coviewing Rate measures the proportion of episode views that occur with another viewer present for 5 or more minutes.
Person-level Program Metrics
Rewatch Rate – Rewatch Rate represents the proportion of episode views in which the viewer has already seen the episode in the past.
Binge-Watching Rateo – Binge Watching Rate measures the proportion of episode views that occur in a binge watching session (3 or more episodes of the same show in sequence).
Season Completation Rate – Season completation rate represents the proportion of unique viewers that have watched the final episode of the season.
